Relatinship Service Manager
Osemo Borealis (Osb) is a growing fintech micro finance institution aimed at providing innovative financial services within communities all over Nigeria.
We are currently recruiting ambitious, self driven and motivated marketers who will be responsible for getting and managing savers within communities. The main task will be to on-board ad do daily cash collections from your customers.
Job Descriptions
● Source for customers to open accounts with OSB.
● Open account and manage account for customers.
● Receive daily collections of cash from customers.
● Post collected cash into customers’ accounts daily.
● Liaise with head office to manage and reconcile customers account
● Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
● Act as the company brand image, gatekeeper and manage enquiries.
● Partake in Market storm exercises whenever it’s called for.
● Carry out other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications
- We are looking for highly skilled and experienced staff in microfinance, micro lending , bank marketers with OND, HND and BA/BS
- A minimum of 1 year experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work in a team and challenging environment
- Positive attitude
- Have a Smartphone
